Think of Marigold as Yellow’s fancy sister! She is more vibrant, more imposing, a bit more luxurious and demands attention! After seeing marigold over and over on the runways like Carolina Herrera and Oscar De La Renta I fell in love with her and couldn’t wait to give her a spin!
The opportunity presented itself in attending my first ever blogger event. It was a brunch-themed event so I thought that there was no better time to debut my long term relationship with Marigold!
I found this top on Fashion Nova, I was looking for a great looking top that could pack a nice punch to pair with jeans and pair it with marigold accessories.
So when I clicked on it and saw that the top was also available in my long searched color, I could not have clicked ‘add to cart’ faster.
I was concerned that the top was going to be too warm but it wasn’t. I ordered a size up so it was flowy and the sleeves are made of mesh material, so it worked nicely.
I paired the shirt with white ankle jeans. I gotta say white jeans should definitely be in your wardrobe during spring and summer as they can be easily style with various tops and shoes.
Finally, for my shoes, I decided to go with my new heeled sandals. I was a bit skeptic at first but the pointy look has really been growing on me.
To wrap it all up, I picked my trusty Ark Cult Gaia bag! There’s seriously not enough good things I could say about this bag. Hands down the best brunch and vacation bag to get your hands on.
I picked Marigold as a spring trend to share with you all first because it’s just a color, therefore it’s more simple to try and get a feel for. You have the choice of dresses, top, pants, or accessories to get your hands on that trend and make it uniquely yours.
Thank you for stopping by and get ready for more runway spring trends that I’ll be sharing and show you how to style them!
