This past weekend was Mother’s Day, here’s a quick recap of how my day went.
It was pretty eventful, at Florals By Ellas we did a handful of Mother’s Day arrangements and delivered them. Making our customers happy was seriously the best feeling.
After deliveries we headed to brunch, one of my favorite things to do!
PGA national resort recently inaugurated a couple of restaurants.
Very lovely spots but very different in atmosphere and what they offer on their menu. We went to The Butcher’s Club for my Brother-in-law’s birthday, I knew I wanted to come back to check out Honeybelle and Mother’s was the perfect occasion.
First of all the staff left a lasting impression on us as they were so professional and accommodating. Walking into Honeybelle was like stepping in on the set of an 80’s movie in South Beach. They pride themselves about paying homage to the timelessness of old south Florida. With shades of green and pink, wicker chairs with parasols, and outdoor covered patio they embodied that perfectly! The food was pretty good as well, offering southern soul food items, like chicken and waffles, creamy grits, prime rib and omelet station and of course mimosas!. It was the perfect scene for Mother’s day brunch!
Also let’s talk about this beautiful green dress from Zara. It helped me blend in with the décor effortlessly! It is the perfect take anywhere dress to take you from Spring to summer. Plus I’m a sucker for a tea length dress/skirt, AND it has pockets. Zara has it in other cute prints that I definitely plan grabbing in the future.
All in all it was a good day, busy but doing what I love and being with the ones I love.
